Multipage Document Revision

Single-Sourcing Content Restructure

My team took pre-existing instructional content and used MadCap Flare to transform it into an entirely single-sourced project. This project improved the company’s and users’ content experience.

Quickstart Video Guide

Using Camtasia, I created a quickstart guide for users new to Canva. This short video introduces users to the software and helps them get started immediately.

Published Technical Guide

In collaboration with the iFixIt Fast Fix team, I identified a repair that needed a written guide. I authored the guide and created visual aids to provide top-tier instructions for users.
